Introducing Andreas Leveller
’I started to make instruments since I was in high school. first of all is my love for music and especially for acoustic guitars. i play acoustic and folk guitar so i started to make guitars 25 years ago named them Leveller, as the name of my favorite British folk-rock band, The Levellers. The last 10 years I make mostly gypsy jazz guitars but also folk guitars and acoustic archtop guitars presenting them to festivals.I have developed my own amplification audio systems to equip my guitars. This includes condenser microphones, piezoelectric audio sensors and preamps. I spend a lot of time to make my guitars sound great so I need to amplify correct this acoustic sound on stage. I also compose music and lyrics for my acoustic ska-punk-rock band and playing at the same time folk-rebetika guitar with my friends band.’’
